LUHM AI Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LUHM AI, an AI video generation application that allows users to create videos by spending credits.
1. Agreement to These Terms
By accessing or using LUHM AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any additional policies referenced in these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use LUHM AI.
These Terms should be read together with our main iubenda Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. In the event of a conflict, the more specific policy relating to credits, fraud, abuse, or account restrictions may apply to the relevant issue.
2. About LUHM AI
LUHM AI is an AI-powered video generation app. Users may generate, edit, or process video content using artificial intelligence tools. Certain actions require credits, which are consumed when you submit or complete eligible generation requests.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date.
- You may not create accounts using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.
- You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account except where expressly permitted by LUHM AI.
- You may not use LUHM AI in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party rights, or our policies.
4. Credits, Fraud Detection, and Account Restrictions
LUHM AI uses a credit-based system. Credits may be required to generate videos or access certain app features. Credits are not legal tender, do not represent stored monetary value, and may be subject to additional rules, limits, expiration terms, refund conditions, or usage restrictions.
We may monitor account activity to protect LUHM AI, our users, our payment systems, and our infrastructure from fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, chargebacks, automated misuse, or suspicious behavior. If we detect or reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity, we may take action including, but not limited to, temporarily restricting features, suspending video generation, freezing credits, limiting withdrawals or redemptions if applicable, requiring additional verification, or suspending or terminating an account.

Credit System Policy5. User Content and Generated Videos
You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, inputs, videos, and other content you submit to or create with LUHM AI. You must ensure that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and consents needed to use your content with the service.
You must not use LUHM AI to create, upload, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise prohibited by our policies.
6. AI Outputs
AI-generated results may be inaccurate, unexpected, incomplete, or similar to outputs generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before publishing, sharing, relying on, or commercially using them.
7. Payments, Billing, and Refunds
Some features of LUHM AI may require payment or the purchase of credits. Prices, packages, billing intervals, taxes, and refund eligibility may vary depending on your location, plan, platform, and payment provider.
Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, consumed credits, completed video generation requests, and digital services that have already been delivered may be non-refundable.
8. Prohibited Uses
- Attempting to bypass credit limits, payment systems, security controls, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
- Using bots, scripts, automated systems, or other methods to abuse or overload LUHM AI.
- Engaging in fraud, chargeback abuse, payment manipulation, referral abuse, or unauthorized account access.
- Creating or distributing illegal, harmful, misleading, infringing, or non-consensual content.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, copying, or interfering with LUHM AI except as permitted by law.
9. Service Availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of LUHM AI at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to LUHM AI if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or others, misuse credits, engage in suspicious or fraudulent activity, or use the service in a prohibited manner.
11. Disclaimers
LUHM AI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LUHM AI and its owners, operators, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, credits, content, or business opportunities.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the app, by email, or by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of LUHM AI after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
